Setting up the account online and getting access to our unit was extremely easy…. Management called to make sure we didn’t need anything. Got to our unit and it was ready for us to move our items in. The only thing I’d suggest is to make it easier to roll the flatbed back into the building. I had a difficult time getting it back inside trying to get over the threshold when it was loaded and everything fell off.
