The GM Ykisha went out of her way to resolve a major issue and I’m grateful for her efforts. The storage facility removed the carpet outside our unit and resulted in all of our belongings getting covered in a thick layer of fine dust. Everything was literally unmovable. Ykisha personally cleaned everything in the unit with a vacuum and bucket of water. Also got a small credit approved for our account. I stayed because of her efforts.
