Beware of their huge price increases! This place was great before extra space bought out Northfield. My rent was $99 and recently went up to $115. That is reasonable. Then I got an email today that the space rent is going up to $215 per month starting next month. That is an 89% increase in the next 30 days. Otherwise its a fairly nice clean facility. They did have issues a few months back with the security gate, where they left it open non stop for a few weeks. That wasnt a great idea from a security perspective. Update-- When I spoke to the staff here they were unaware of the huge price increase. I was looking at moving storage facilities but they worked with me today to ensure a reasonable annual increase. The office staff is very kind and will go above and beyond to help.
