Absolutely 5-star service from Mrs. Rochelle at this Extra Space Storage location! From the moment I walked in, she made the entire experience not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. Her professionalism stood out immediately—she was clear, straightforward, and incredibly informative, answering all my questions with ease and confidence. What really set her apart, though, was her willingness to go above and beyond.
