If I could give more than 5 ?? I would, because I just drove from another state on a Sunday, car full of stuff, didn’t rent a space before hand. Called extra space storage and was able to moved in that same day. I will be forever grateful to them, also the time my stuff was there I had absolutely no issues, and was very happy with the service. Definitely recommend if you need a safe place to store your belongings…

I needed a unit urgently, and was able to reserve online after hours, pay, and was sent my gate code and able to access my unit that night. There was an additional hallway door code that was needed to access my specific unit, we had to message from the website chat feature for help — had to drive back out of main gate to get signal to do so, but were able to get it. Set up my account to autopay, easy, and giving move out notice was easy as well, the process very simple. Glad for the promotional rate for the first few months, but if you are needing longer than a few months, be mindful of the non-promo rate, it’s about double that of promo rate. Units are clean, property is kept up, never had gate access issues.
