I have had many different sized units at this facility over the years and Stevie has always been a huge part of the reason I stayed for so long! Her and the staff have always been accommodating and ensuring I was taken care of! I will always utilize this facility! Have never had issues with storing any items here big or small!

Very friendly staff and efficient storage facility. Convenient access and very clean surroundings. All units are on ground so no worries about frozen pipes bursting and ruining items - which has happened to me in the past.

I had the best experience at Extra Space Storage in Addison, Texas yesterday. I met Store Mgr. Stevie Perryman @16280 Addison Rd., and she was like a ray of sunshine. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable, but she treats you like you've been friends for years. She's transparent with any questions or concerns you may have, and truly has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend Stevie and her Addison location. You will not regret it! :)

I made a reservation online which was super easy and then showed up to see the unit and finalize the details. Drew was extremely helpful and so friendly! The whole process was quick and easy and exploring the options was also very simple and straightforward. UPDATE: the moving out process was equally amazing! I just called and let them know I was moving out, I was given plenty of time to get my things and the whole process was so fast and easy. On top of everything being hassle free, every single person I spoke with was SO kind! If I ever need a storage unit in the future I will be coming back!
