This place is pretty awful. Never had an issue with the facility itself for the most part, it's definitely run down though. No carts to use, and the doors don't prop open. But holy moly stay away! I rented a 5×10 when I first came here, for about $57 a month I believe. Within 2 months they tried to raise my rate over 75%! I got onto them, as there was no mention of increase/timeline when I signed up, and they initially gave me reduction, down to about a 40% increase. A few more months go by, another hike NO WARNING EMAIL. Not even 30 days notice. Now after about a year of storing with them, they tried to raise it AGAIN! From $57 sign up, to $171!!! In less than 2 Christmases! The manager is always snarky too, snotty customer service. They'll call you right away to ask for your/more money. But if you call them 1st they let you go to voicemail before they decide if/when they want to respond. After this last ridiculous hike that was almost a 100% increase, I moved my stuff to a competitor ASAP. STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely zero piece of mind when storing here.
