?????????? Excellent Customer Service – Thank You, Sam! After having a completely frustrating experience with another storage company, my experience with Extra Space Storage was a total 180-degree difference. I want to especially recognize Sam, who works at the 1800 location. I arrived around at the 1040 location and Sam was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to get moved in without all the unnecessary hassle and frustration I had just experienced elsewhere. The biggest difference was the customer service and accessibility. Someone was actually available to assist me, the process was smooth, and most importantly, carts were available to help move my belongings. Moving is already stressful enough, so having someone who is helpful, professional, and actually takes the time to assist you makes a HUGE difference. Sam made what could have been another stressful experience into a smooth one. Thank you, Sam, for providing the kind of customer service that makes customers feel valued. This is how a storage facility should operate!
