Great experience with Extra Space Storage. I’ve been a customer for a while and recently got notice of a rate increase. I’ve been using this storage for a year. I recently had some rate issues and the location manager, I believe Thomas is his name was super helpful and friendly with getting it resolved. The rates are great initially but can increase dramatically after several months, so make sure you speak with the location manager if you have issues. All the employees are very professional and helpful.
