Although this is a very beautiful facility, actually they All are. They bring you in with a very low monthly rate and then within two months your rate is tripled. I’ve dealt with Extra Space Storage for over four years and it’s the same story over and over again at several locations. They send you a postcard saying that due to high demand, they had to increase the rate yet when you go to their website, they are offering an incredible deal that is less than what they are saying. They raised the rate on My monthly rate went from about $89or less to $222 a month. Yeah, when you go online, they are offering the same unit for $102. I won’t recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.
