Their customer service is 5 star excellent! We had our things in storage for longer than expected and the unit rent increased dramatically. After we began struggling with the new payment amount their representative Tea worked with upper management to assist us to keep the payments manageable and our unit out of auction status! I’m so appreciative and grateful for Tea’s assistance!! She’s the best! However, the location itself I would be cautious of because there are RATS that get into the units and cause a horrible smell on porous items, but the units are outdoors so I don’t know if they should be held liable or not. Wish that was fixed though. However, again customer service is 5 stars!

Working with Jakai was great! He solved some billing problems that I had been having over the past few months in minutes... I had been trying to get ahold of ANYONE within the company with no success for a while. Extra Space was about to lose a customer, but now I plan on staying longer. Thanks again.
