It is clean and safe, what else do you want in a storage place? Also, I've rented at storage places where the staff is nowhere to be found even during normal business hours. Here the manager is actually there during hours when the office is open, and she's really helpful when you need it. They get kinda peeved when you leave doors open to bring things in and out but honestly that's a good thing because it means your stuff is safe. I would say 10 out of 10 for price point and quality.

Facility increased prices after a couple months of renting from $63 to $123. When I called to ask about the rent change, they agreed to lower it down to $85.5. Still higher than what I agreed to but I appreciated the change as it unfortunately seems standard for most facilities to increase rent. I also believe that rate is lower than other facilities in the area. I paid $123 for two months and they refunded me the difference between that rate and $85.5 rate for those two months, so about $40, which I also appreciated. I wish my rent had never been raised, but glad the staff made it right to the best of their abilities. The times I’ve been to my unit there have been a few dead crickets in the unit. The elevator was broken for a couple weeks once and I could not access my unit. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with my unit. It is very safe, I would overall recommend storing here
