We have a storage unit here and have upgraded to a bigger unit. Jakai the manager was helpful and personable. He is easy to work with. Our bill was raised by a significant amount without our knowledge so we had a surprise balance due after several months. He helped get that reduced and we stayed at ExtraSpace instead of moving.

They have doubled the price of my unit every couple of months. Advertised at $20, raised to $40, and now $80.
