I have never, and I mean, never been treated so good at a storage unit., I’ve been dealing with storage units for a good while . The very moment I met Summer I was treated very respectful, being disabled and moving things on my own is very challenging,and she has gone above and beyond her means of being a manager ,let alone listen to me as if we were friend for a good while, her wife is blessed to have her in her life forever she is so delightful so understanding and so willing to help I have never ever met a person like her that she made it a point to check on me went and found a dolly for me more than once walked me to my unit and helped me take up some of my items more than 3-4 times,and offered to help on her day off , when she was just burying the property ,who in the world does that .., no one! She manages this store,and genuinely cares,I will always remember her far beyond how we have met! To that I say,”’Thank you Summer from the very bottom of my heart, for everything you’ve done and continue to do! You deserve a raise,for sure Extra Space storage, has a “Irreplaceable Jewel “, and that says it all!! The owners need to recognize her as the magnificent manager that she is. the units and store are spotless, I would recommend this store to anyone that may have to store their items for a month or many more!!!
