I had a very disappointing experience with this storage parking facility. The customer service was unprofessional, and dealing with Donn was especially frustrating. Instead of being helpful and making the situation easier, the experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. I expected much better communication and customer service, especially from a business that people trust with their vehicles and property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place and I will not be using their services again.
