I’m so satisfied with management services and the security of the premises. That I went ahead and rented out another storage. If things goes well with the storages. I may consider upgrading the size of one of my unit.

Austin is great. Keeps the place all clean making the floors all shiny! Office smells amazing, and so do the bathrooms!!! My unit even smelled good moving in!

The storage place down the road was cheaper but this place is worth every penny. The building is massive, beautiful oak trees out front, tons of security with all the gates and doors, and is open longer. Plus, the facility manager Austin was super helpful and set me up with the perfect unit for my needs.

What a friendly place! I stopped by to get some moving supplies, and they have boxes and tape for cheap! Austin hooked me up with everything I needed, and even helped carry it out to my car. 100% recommended this place.

I must admit I never ever ever wanted a storage unit in my life. Ever. But sometimes life and life’s changes simply require it. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE on S Congress has been a great place to store my precious things. Friendly staff, clean facility, and personal service can all be enjoyed here. When it came time to leave my storage space behind (today!), the manager at Extra Space worked with me and made me feel like a person not just a customer. Storing my stuff and finding new homes for most of it was not easy. But the staff at Extra Space made it easier and more positive, making today a much better day than it could have been.
