In particular, at the front desk Don has always gone the extra mile to provide assistance and I really appreciate his effective communication. This is the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. Don and his team are kind respectful and very helpful. It can be a cumbersome and stressful thing to have to put your things in storage. It's so nice to know these folks at Extra Space Storage are there to help alleviate the stress!
