They had a sign saying they were on the property and had locked the door. I called the number and no one picked up. Wasted my time. Can’t even bother to staff enough people to have the receiving lobby open during business hours

Renting a unit at Extra Space Storage was really easy! And as for the move, I didn’t think moving things into the storage would be that simple. I was able to call in on a Friday, got the details for the unit on Sunday, and came to the storage on Monday. My movers were able to access the building, use the freight elevators with ease, and get around the building pretty easily. Shoutout to this storage spot!
