This place and probably all extra space storage facilities is a rip off. DO NOT rent here. I have been here less than two months and they increased my rent by $73. Saying that there “may” be an increase every couple of months WHAT?! Do not fall for the “specials” they have. It is just a way to trap you. Because they know people are not gonna want to move a bunch of stuff once it’s in storage. So you’ll have no choice but to pay. On top of that!! The weather strip on my unit is worn out and all broken, I have reported it several times and I keep getting told that the higher ups has to send “different companies out for a quote”. It has now been about 7 months with no resolution. My unit has rodents and a ton of dust!! The lady in office tried to insult my intelligence by saying “it’s an outside unit you will have dust”! Yes but not to that extent because the strip is barely there to keep anything out!!! Honestly, it’s not hard to tell when people take pride in what they do, and when they’re just there for the paycheck. Customer service is horrible! Take your money elsewhere.
