My experience with extra space storage has been mostly positive. The units are clean and the location feels secure. I did run into a small issue with my account but the staff and customer service addressed it quickly. Overall, it’s a decent storage option for the price. I recommend if you need something quick.

Super Awesome Staff!! Been here over a year and front desk clerk Brittany has been A1 since Day 1! The Spaces and lots are clean, accessible, and as advertised, but again it’s the people that make the experience worth the while… Will definitely only store here if Storage is Needed in the Baytown Area

The whole rental process was so simple I was really impressed. Did everything online, went in and verified my license with the property manager the next morning and that was it. The space is much bigger than previous units I’ve had and much cheaper! No problems gaining access, gate code works and also the Bluetooth access through the app was setup immediately! The property is clean and well taken care of. No issues so far and I don’t anticipate any. Highly recommend!

We really were very satisfied with our storage company. I reserved online - it was so easy. And the front check in person was super helpful. Prices are very reasonable and we are notified prior tobthe auto payment. The climate control unit is easy to access and always clean. We will be using them again for future if needed.
