I have items there and was late a couple times paying like twice but always came through. Been going through family issues. Just recently moved here so trying to get settled. Mother had a heart attack father day. Father to sick and had been in ICU since July 27th. Im now taking care of both.My Father is now on Hospice. 1 month missed payment . 2nd month just hit yesterday. I told them my story. They gave me an option. Pay by friday and take your items out or it will be auction. WOW. I have other storage rooms. And they always work with, know that I will get it done. But this 1. I'm truly disappointed ??
