Amazing experience - facility very clean and Rachel was very helpful with what I needed today! My biggest issue is the price going up continuously and wondering when it’ll stop… outside of that I have no complaints with this facility

I recently used this self-storage facility, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. Their transparency with pricing and policies was refreshing, no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure. I immediately noticed the upgraded security features, including gated access, surveillance cameras, and individually alarmed units. As someone storing valuable personal items, that level of protection gave me great peace of mind. The climate-controlled units were also a huge plus, especially since I needed to store documents and electronics that could be damaged by extreme temperatures. Moving in and out was incredibly easy thanks to wide driveways, flatbed carts, and large elevators. The extended access hours also made it convenient to visit my unit whenever I needed.
