Update: rent increased AGAIN. $415 for a 10x40 DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY JUST UP RATES EVERY 3 MONTHS. New owners took over years ago. Since then its been a repeat of rates going UP EVERY time I turn around. We started at $225 for the largest they have. Its $360 now with nonend in sight. They constantly up rates. Get a contract for years! They will charge a high rate for FORCED insurance if you dont prove to them... over and over... that you have additional insurance. Our autopay was just ... cleared.. again.. and im sure they are gonna lock us out and charge an unlock and late fee. Yes they are conveniently located. Once they get you... they will just keep increasing the rates... knowing you dont want to haul that storage stuff around.

While insurance coverage is required for all stored items, all of our tenants may use their own insurance at no cost once valid proof is on file, and we’re happy to help ensure it’s properly recorded. The recent auto-pay interruption was due to a change in management software. For security reasons, payment information cannot be transferred automatically, which helps protect customer data.
