Clean units with minimal staff interaction needed. Gate hours 6:00am to 10:00pm. They include a mandatory $20 lock purchase when you sign up online and claim that it can be refunded. I tried and the staff didn't even know how to issue a refund; they only know how to credit future rent. If you're going to be in the unit for less than one month, plan on it costing you an extra $20. Edit: It took a couple of days, but they got me the refund! Five stars!

Had a unit for a few months and had a great experience. Facilities are clean and the gentleman working the front desk was super helpful. He even called us when the unit was not properly locked to notify us. Would definitely use the storage facilities again.

Last weekend, the key to my storage unit lock broke in half. Randy was able to take care of me all in less than an hour. Offered me cold water, cut the lock off and ensured i was 100% satisfied with his service. Being helped by Randy made the process super painless. Thank you!

Good customer service & support! I was able to easily upgrade my storage unit! And easily store all of my belongings in the updated storage easily, the next day! And it helped having the lock inside the storage for you to help your process go smoothly! I also enjoy the app for the storage, it helps being able to open the entrance gate remotely from your cellphone! I truly recommend this storage facility! Nice clean facility, with friendly and accommodating management. Reserving a unit was easy with their online application process. Prices are much lower than their competition. No long term lease required. Huge parking area for RVs, boats, and cars. Highly recommend considering them for your storage needs.
