I don't typically leave my opinion. Mostly because I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say....but in this case I have nothing but nice things to say! In a world of technology this lady appreciated the fact that I got, not 1, but 2 phone calls to confirm my reservation from an ACTUAL PERSON!!! The assistant manager and the manager both called me. The manager personally worked with me on the day I moved into the unit. The staff calling to confirm and help me with arrangements was a much needed personal touch and is a sincere difference from most companies. The manager is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. He is extremely personable, and easy to talk to. For me personally the best part of my experience is that the managers were simply willing to help with any and all of the many complications I experienced during my move. I am more than happy to give credit where credit is due, and this place knows how to run a better business! Help is something we shouldn't have to pay for or find at a storage store, but I grateful to have found more than what I needed here. For once I feel like I got more than I paid for and that feeling alone is worth every cent. It's my pleasure to be able to leave a review that is positive and true!
