For a storage place, it is in very good condition and taken care of. Abel helped me find the easiest way even with 3 floors. He has great customer service always smiling and seems to actually care about experience. So far I feel good about using Extra Storage thanks

I have had a storage unit here for two years now. And they’ve gone up on their prices without even giving me a notice. I’m going to move my stuff out this weekend. There’s too many other places to choose from to stay here.

These guys are great. The facility is very clean and supportive with a few extra hand carts at the front. I had a large load to cart in over the weekend and Marie at the front desk helped me with the access door over multiple trips (during normal hours); and after seeing me enter my code once before. It was a HUGE help! I do truly appreciate her help catching the door with all this stuff. It was clearly a kind and professional gesture. It made my trips to unload run smoother and ultimately helped me get out faster. Thanks guys!
