Staff is very nice but the pricing is outrageous. Started at roughly $100 month, 3 months later recieved A letter in the mail, stating that my monthly rate will nearly be doubling to almost $200 a month. I was able to Negotiate down to 160 a month, which is still very expensive from the original price that I signed up with. A few months later, more recently, I saw the same exact sized unit climate controlled everything the same for a online price of $85 a month and I reached out to the office to see if they would come closer to that online price of $85 and they weren’t willing to negotiate so I moved out and found a much better monthly rate at a different place. Be careful they will charge you like crazy a few months later after signing up. But the staff is very nice. I will give them that.
