Storage was broken into. They never fixed the roll up door or curtain even 2-3 months AFTER the storage was broken into but still charged full price for a “secured” storage. My storage rent also went up $100 extra in less than 3 months. I had to ask if they inform you on rate changes because I was never notified until I realized the change in the app. They stated they sent one to my address, I never received one. Rats destroyed my furniture & belongings with pee & poop, no food in the storage at all btw. Had to get rid of furniture because of that & mold. On the 4th I went to the storage to pick up some of my things from my unit around 8 pm and got harassed and threatened by “Security” stating I was trespassing and that they were calling the police on me. I had to leave and was unable to even close my storage door because it was broke and off track. Had to come back the next day to fight & get it closed. I called corporate and they stated they closed at 10 pm on the 4th and had no knowledge of what the security guard was on about. Overall unprofessional & unpleasant experience…Pls do better.
