I have moved out of state for awhile; half of my personal belongings are stored at this facility. It is a quiet, clean location but easy to get to. The security is excellent, as are the staff that I have worked with. Today Elias was so helpful to me (in this horrendous Texas heat) all while being cheerful and efficient. Thank you, Elias! You didn’t know it, but I was there to get old photo albums with pictures of my lifelong friend, who died very suddenly a few days ago. So your kind assistance was especially appreciated today.

Went a few days ago and the man behind the desk was very helpful. We hadn't been in some time so he informed us that the locks had been changed and gave us the new keys. He also allowed us to use their restroom and helped me out when I didn't know how to get in the climate controlled area. I had a good experience there

Very nice but I think in heavy rain it might flood. I put my computer. up on top of stuff. I already lost paper work but they have insurance and the desk clerk is the best. Wish I could remember her name. I have a lil brain damage from seizures but she's friendly and beautiful!
