3.18.22 I once again like to thank extra space my experience just keep getting better Tara is amazing and so helpful she made my switching storage hassle free. She is also very pleasant to talk to.. Thank you Extra Space for going the Extra Mile.. Here is a Extra Star!! I would like to thank the extra space team the location on frankford rd. Tommy was very helpful and polite. I knew I had the right storage place when I called on a Saturday and their customer service rep answered! I was so relieved because I was in a complete panic as my house sold and I needed everything from my attic (28 huge plastic bins) moved before escrow closed on Monday. As a woman - I hate the attic in this scenario - but I sure did enjoy shoving everything up there I didn’t want in my house lol. The entry to their facility was easy to access and the storage unit held way more than I expected. Thank you for helping me out when I didn’t think I would ever get fully moved out of my home in time. A+++ customer service and sales!

Just moved in so far I’m happy with the place the security looks top flight. The elevator has been out so that was a pain but I’m very happy with the security and the boss lady letting us know she’s on top of the place.
