Facility is always clean and secure. Customer service is responsive and friendly. The units are well maintained. I only had an issue with the increasing price. When I started my unit was around $170/mo and within 2 years it had increased to about $390/mo for the same unit and no changes on my end. I was forced to find other arrangements.

Great place and site manager. I’ve been with this company some years in the NDFW area and have never had any issues with them. The location is always clean and welcoming. I recommend to all new customers looking to store.

Definitely one of the best storage units in town. In price and service. I also think it’s one of the few that offers climate control units that you can drive up to. I always get exceptional service from Tara and have peace of mind that my property is in good hands there.

Had such a wonderful experience over at extra space storage. Tara was an excellent employee. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this storage facility and will be using them again.

I spoke with Peyton today in regards to delinquent storage account, I just had 2 deaths back to back and was out of the state. Peyton was beyond helpful as well as empathetic to my situation. He gave me every option available to me to ensure my storage would be ok! He treated me like a human being he listened and I felt understood! I absolutely recommend this location!
