Years ago used this facility to store a camper. Personnel were always friendly, courteous and professional. Came back here several years later when needing a storage unit. Personnel had changed but all exhibited the same qualities as before. They notified me immediately when I had not locked the unit correctly and again when they had a water leak and needed me to check the unit for possible damage. I was out of state at the time, however they gave me clear and precise instructions on having a friend access the unit and ascertain no damage. Haven’t had a complaint or problem with the unit or employees. Attentive to details, friendly, courteous and professional. What more can you ask for?

When you first approach the business, it’s open, well lit parking. Kerr was very professional and great customer service. We leased a 10x10 climate controlled storage space w insurance. It’s super clean inside the storage area, has cameras, and the unit is also clean w an electrical outlet available in the unit. The leasing process was a breeze. Painless and quick! Highly recommend!!

Amanda assisted me in finding a unit that suited my needs and showed me some other options I could upgrade to if I need more space. The location is huge and has temp controlled units as well. The process to sign up for a space is easy and only takes a few minutes. Amanda was able to answer any questions I had, was friendly and easy to talk to!
