The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful (which isn’t always a given these days). Any questions or needs I’ve had were handled quickly and smoothly. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and makes storing my things feel less like “storage” and more like a well-organized extension of home. If you’re looking for a storage company that’s reliable, professional, and doesn’t make you dread visiting your unit, Extra Space Storage is the place. They’ve earned my trust—and my stuff has survived a year, so that says a lot!
