I have been a customer at this storage facility for many years and was concerned when management changed a little over a year ago, but the manager, Terri, has completely alleviated my concerns. This 5 star review is more about the customer service Terri provides because she is excellent, she goes above and beyond and she obviously cares about her customers. Thank You Terri for all of your help and keep up the good work!

Extra Space Storage has literally saved my life and belongings. When I needed them the most they were able to accommodate every need that I needed to be met under the circumstances. Terri at the Inwood location in Dallas, TX was so extremely helpful I wouldn’t have been able to consider another storage brand if I wanted to. The customer service here has been excellent!
