I'm too lazy to set up an online account through their website so have had to call in multiple times to update my card as it expired, then lost the new card, had a temp card, and just now gave them my new permanent card. Each time, I've dealt with Nick specifically and he's always been very polite, helpful, and overall pleasant to talk to - which is saying something with my phone call related anxiety. I'll always recommend this Extra Space Storage just for that, since I know I can trust my belongings with someone like that.

Nick was very helpful in getting our unit reserved and assigned to us so that we could begin using it. I showed up at 5:55pm and he stayed for 45 minutes getting us set up due to some computer issues.
