Jaqueline at the front desk is amazing!! Extra Space is working hard to get everything switched over and she made it really easy for me and explained everything!! If you’re looking for storage rental, please please please consider giving your business to Randy at Budget Storage around the corner from our Subway/Donut shop on 380...I’ve noticed they have nearly completed the new units further out on 380 past Mayhill, and I’m worried about Randy losing business. It’s just him, and the business supports his family. We have rented from him since we moved my Grandmother here almost 10 years ago. He is the nicest person and has always taken great care of us, plus his prices are really reasonable.

I had a great experience with Jacqueline when my gate code wasn't working. She came out to my car (in the freezing cold!) and invited me inside to explain that some people's codes stopped working while they are working on switching to a mobile app system. After quickly verifying that I was authorized to access my unit, she gave me a temporary code for until the new system is up and running. I am grateful to Jacqueline for swiftly handling my situation with competence and professionalism.
