When I chose this unit is that it was new and looked clean I only needed it for 4 months however when I moved out I found otherwise my unit had rats in it they had made a nest in my brand new expensive couch putting several holes in it and taken the stuffing out of it to build a huge nest they also chewed and ruined several of my Kate spade purse. Management said they are not responsible for rats! What? they have a rat infestation! They said they treat it once a month which I have a hard time believing either they are mistaken or the pest company is not effective. I have asked for proof of the monthly pest control If you value your stuff do not use this company they have rats not mice but rats

Customer service was great, friendly and nice. Storage clean and safe! Good for U-haul and box truck but not for semi-truck, keep it in mind. In general 5 stars + do sound!
