Talk about customer service, Emmy Lou made us feel so welcomed & made sure all our needs were met! 100% recommend also they have the cheapest rates in town, trust me I looked! Well this didn’t age well, while the customer service received was great, 5 months later they increased my monthly rate by $50ish dollars, 6 months after that they’ve increase it $98 dollars more. Went from paying $58.50 to now $200 a month. Needless to say I’m moving out bc this is ridiculous. Save your time and money and don’t rent here.

Zero stars for lack of security. You can enter the inside units without a code and exit the gate without a code thus concluding to back to back break in robberies at this location. Don't store your valuables here if you want them stolen eventually. Even the paying customer isn't valued here.
