Vince is very helpful with the initial process of securing the unit as well as providing ongoing support during the duration of the rental. Vince also honored his commitment to shielding from rent increases due to military deployment — which I hear is an issue at other storage facilities. This location is great! I got some help from the store manager. Vincent was quick and easy to talk to he cut my lock since I couldn’t get in. He helped me and gave me the best ideas and recommendations for new locks! Thank you Vincent!
