This is my second time having a storage unit. Going with an indoor temperature controlled facility was worth the money, especially in El Paso. My belongings were protected when a lot of the city flooded. The property manager Kristin let me know right away by text if I ever accidentally did not lock my unit correctly. Someone is on site or nearby if you need anything.
