It’s only been a few days that I got the storage unit and already have concerns. So I called due to the previous rep I spoke to. Emerson promised me the world and of course promise was broken ??. I was going to leave a 1 star comment but decided to contact the 800 once again. Fortunately, the rep I spoke with this time was a gentleman by the of Chris. Very professional and explained I had spoken with a third party (which all along I thought it was the actual business that I was speaking with). He went ahead and assisted me and help me with my issue. Thank you very much Cris for your assistance. Five stars all the way across the board??????????
