This Extra Space location has been almost too good to be true. I’ve never had any issues with this facility. While it’s not in the most upscale neighborhood, the staff does an excellent job keeping it well-maintained and secure. Suzanne, who has been there for over 10 years, continues to impress. If anything, she’s only gotten better with time. She’s personable, kind, and genuinely cares about her tenants. Extra Space is lucky to have her—she’s a true asset. If you’re looking for a storage unit at a fair price, this is definitely the place to go!

Extra Space Storage (formerly Metro Self Storage) has kept my mother’s belongings safe and in perfect condition for over 20 years. After my mom's passing, my sister and I came from out of town to sort through her 10x40 unit—and we were amazed. Everything was clean, well preserved, and cared for, thanks in large part to Suzanne Robinson. Suzanne truly goes above and beyond. She’s warm, welcoming, professional, and truly cares about the people she serves. She keeps the facility immaculate - no pests, no damage, and no disturbance. She understands the importance of the things we store away. During our emotional week in the Texas heat, she brought us cold water, encouragement, and genuine kindness. We felt so supported that my brother has now rented two more units! Thank you, Suzanne, for turning a tough week into something beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility to anyone looking for safe, secure, and loving storage.

I had a real situation with my unit....with not being notified by anyone....when I got there, Jeff told me of this situation...... Before I could say anything....about it....he told me "MR MOSLEY I CAN SEE IN YOUR EYES...THIS INFORMATION HAS CAUGHT YOU OFF GUARD!!!".... Right then he assured me not to worry....he was pretty sure he could rectify the situation...he made a call and got back with me the next day as he said....and the problem was resolved and everything was back to normal!!!! Thanks Jeff for everything Sir!!!!!
