Super amazing! I pay them for the service of storing my stuff. For two years they did exactly that. No fires, no break-ins, no problems. All my stuff was still there when I went to pick it up, undamaged. The Lady in the front has been the best. Always a smile and a great story. I will be sad I am moving out just because of her.

UPDATE: (No. Main EULESS, Texas facility) Hey Extra Space! Now that you have taken over, take the time to learn from Suzanne! She has managed this facility for years and is just the best you could possibly have running this facility! Trust me, I know a little about recognizing good talent)! I currently rent 4 of your largest units and have been doing business here for MANY years. Additionally, don't take Suzanne's ability to manage away! (Like limiting her decision making ability, or making it difficult, (intentionally)to meet unrealistic expectations. You DO not want her working for your competition!! Previous review: You can't beat Susanne! (Manager) It just proves that PEOPLE make the company. Get the right people into the right positions and it's magic! We have been in this facility for many, many years, with mostly their largest sized units. Any issue is resolved quickly, but for the most part, she anticipates repairs and needs, before you even notice them. Thanks!!!
