Walked in to the office and was immediately greeted by Jennifer. Explained to her I needed boxes but was not sure of size. I was thinking small, go cheap, but she shared with me medium and large would work better. Came in for 4-5 boxes but took 8 instead! Great personality and insight! Definitely will recommend her to the area for moving tips boxes and storage rentals!

As I am preparing to relocate from another state, I visited Extra Space Storage to inquire about renting a temporary storage unit. I honestly had no idea about storing my belongings. As I began to ask a lot of questions, the gentleman (Brent Fleming) was very patient with my lack of knowledge. I gave him a general idea of what all I would need to store. He was very knowledgeable about the size of space I would need, and offered some very helpful advice on packing my belongings in a manner that would make the best use of space as well as some helpful tips and tricks on making my move as bit more simple than I anticipated. Sending a BIG shout out to Brent for being very helpful, professional and adding a relief to my stressful situation.
