I do storage auctions for a living and the manager was lovely, coming to check in with us on a burning Saturday, making sure to offer us cold water, lending us her personal lock and any additional help we required. She even came in the following day on a Sunday to help us! Will for sure consider doing business with the company in the future thanks to her!!
