After having a storage unit for many years, I finally decided it was time to empty it and cancel my contract with the storage facility. Things couldn't have been easier! As soon as I was done, the cheerful staff informed me they would handle everything and make sure that my auto payment was turned off and, I was done with my contract. It was very nice to have such good customer service! They've always been helpful the whole time I rented a storage unit here. Thank you!
