Do not recommend having a space here due to multiple reasons: payment, access, measurements, and poor customer service. Initially I called multiple times to make sure that the pillars on the entrance of the larger unit would accommodate the size of my trailer. I was assured on the phone by staff that it was the specific measurements I needed to fit my trailer but unfortunately after paying movers, got there with my equipment and trailer, it was not the dimensions I was provided over the phone. Additionally, I paid ahead of time for multiple months. Upon initially getting there I had multiple issues with the app not working with their gate. It still doesn't work to this day. I called the office multiple times and finally got the manager Cheryl on the phone. However, I was still not able to get in and was provided a special code over the phone to get in. I then had to pack up and move all of my items to another location so that my trailer would fit. When I arrived at the new location I had to call the staff who told me to utilize the app but it still had my old unit and information on there so I had no access to get in. The staff then had to provide me a code to punch in. Upon moving my trailer then I went to exit through the gate (that doesn't have any sign indicating it's not an exit) but it wouldn't open. I went to leave out of the other gate and needed to punch in the temp code I was given by staff at that location. The gate QUICKLY opened towards you and would've hit my pick up truck if I hadn't reacted fast enough and backed up. I would not recommend at all
