Just wanted to drop a quick line about my recent experience. Jordan c , was so nice I figured she should have a shout out You know how stressful moving can be, right? Well, I was lucky enough to have the wonderful person who assisted me guide me through everything, and she honestly made such a difference. She took the time to patiently go over every single detail, which I really appreciated. It's so nice when someone doesn't rush you! Plus, she did a fantastic job showing me how to use the app – it's actually super intuitive now that I've seen it in action. That demo was incredibly helpful! Seriously, her clear explanations and willingness to ensure I understood everything truly made a world of difference during what could have been a much more overwhelming process thank you - love Courtney.

Lost the keys to my storage unit lock and Jordan was there to help.She was super sweet and very helpful! She even let me know that they have locks at their location that would actually be more secure. I’m definitely going to recommend this storage location to my friends and family because not only do they have great customer service and it’s always super clean.
