The team at this Extra Space Storage location was exceptional. I got to connect with Jordan who gave me options and did her best to address my concerns with empathy. She was kind enough to listen to me and offer her valued input as we went. I also got to speak with management and I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was also polite and organized. I will continue to use their services in the future and look forward to the continued excellence that they offer.
