I don’t currently store at this specific location, but I’ve interacted with Jordan at another Extra Space Storage facility as a customer and wanted to share my experience here as well. She is hands down one of the most helpful and customer focused people I’ve come across in the storage industry. She takes the time to understand what you actually need, gives honest recommendations, and follows through on everything she says. That kind of consistency is rare. Based on my experience with her, I would have zero hesitation trusting this new facility with my belongings. Customer service makes or breaks a place like this, and if Jordan is running things here, you’re in very good hands. If I ever needed another unit, this would be at the top of my list.
