Dawn is AMAZING. She has been super helpful. While we were moving into the storage unit. She came out of the office and gave us all a bottle of water. The facility feels so much better than our previous storage company. It was sweltering in the storage facility as we removed our items. The cool temperature inside the Extra Space Storage facility was great. Our moving crew said the same. Felt so much better. The elevators are quick.
