My wife and I were initially really sad that our long time LifeStorage facility was changed to Extra Space when we saw the dramatic rate increase (nearly $100). I was very skeptical when considering the Extra Space facility closer to our home once we moved, but decided to look online to see if the rates were any different. To my surprise, they were abundantly cheaper! I filled out a reservation to get the ball rolling, and within 20 minutes I got a call from the Manager, Michelle. She was incredibly sweet and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Incredibly professional and welcoming. The customer service is what really sold me! Michelle really knows how to connect and take care of her clients.

First time using storage in Georgetown. I was greeted by Michelle upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with all of my needs and answered any questions I had.
