Only facts: extra space facility was charging me $110 a month for a 10x10 non air conditioned unit, jacked up n price to $180 a month. Moved facility to cube smart for a 10x10 unit for $90 a month. extra space took over managing facility about a month later and immediately price went up, while facility managing told me it wouldn't/didn't. Moved facility again, now paying $65 a month for air conditioned indoor 10x10 at a non extra space facility. This a shady managing company that will continually raise rates and take advantage of its customers.
