I’ve had a very positive experience dealing with Bella at this location. She has always been friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful, particularly when I’ve had questions or concerns about my account. She takes the time to explain things and has been willing to work with me when issues arise, which I very much appreciate as a long-standing customer. My frustration is really with the company’s pricing model rather than the service I receive from Bella. Rates seem to be adjusted periodically based on a formula involving occupancy, regional pricing and other factors, but from a customer’s perspective it can feel fairly arbitrary. It’s particularly frustrating when increases occur while there have also been issues such as gates not functioning properly, visible unit availability, and plenty of competing storage facilities locally offering aggressive pricing and incentives to attract new customers. What I find most difficult is that, as an established customer, I sometimes have to call and negotiate when these increases occur rather than being rewarded for staying with the facility. I understand that businesses have to adjust pricing, but I’d like to see a little more consistency and consideration given to long-term customers. That said, Bella has handled these conversations professionally and has done everything within her control to help. She is a real asset to this location, and my experience dealing with her personally has been excellent.

Best location and staff Bella helped out and made getting a unit easier then what I’ve dealt with other company’s. great rates and hours, Secured at all times with clean units I recommend anyone looking for a unit storing anything from big to small to come here to this location you won’t have any issues here.
