Originally I came to this location because of how safe Georgetown is, however, upon meeting Jeffery I was absolutely amazed on how knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and helpful he is! With this intense Texas heat, he immediately offered me cold water as we went over basic questions he thoroughly answered all of my questions. He took me on a tour for the unit I had reserved yet offered a better unit at the same price! Absolutely outstanding service! This man deserves a pay raise definitely. I highly recommend and suggest this location whether you live in Killeen, Georgetown, Cedar Park, or Austin—the overall service and building itself is worth the travel and will leave you appalled! So grateful to have established a business partnership with Extra Space Storage through Mr. Jeffery S Johnson. Thank you sir!

I rented 2 storage units from Extra Space Storage in Georgetown for a 1 month period. This is a new, multi level building with climate control, opened in early 2024, the location is easy to get to, the building is clean and well lit, and a bathroom and water fountains are provided. The store manager, Mr. Jeffrey D. Johnson, helped me with the first unit and then when I needed additional space at the last minute, he was able to accomodate the same day with fast, professional, and friendly service. Vacating the units was just as simple, with no issues and a refund for unused prepaid months. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Georgetown for your storage needs.
