Amazing customer service! There are a gillion storage units - what distinguishes this one is the customer service. Jeff (the front office person) is exemplary - he is friendly, accommodating, and looking to work WITH you. The storage units themselves are clean - and I feel super safe going into it - whether it's day or night. And the price was comparable. There are plenty of carts avail at the doors. An elevator. It's clean and the temperature is great. I saw them changing fixtures so I can tell they keep up with their maintenance (which I'm jappy about). So, in my opinion, yes, the storage unit is great, but it's really the personal service here that I appreciate!
