I had to quickly move my items from storage into my house and never got a chance to call in and cancel my account. I received an email same day, thanking me for being a customer and informing me that I successfully moved out of my storage unit and had an end date. I called two days later just to double check that I didn’t need to do anything on my end and Aleina informed me that she knew I’d probably be busy because I emptied out my unit and she does daily walks and even cleaned up my spilled coffee. That just really let me know that this company keeps watch of your items carefully! I had nothing that was damaged at all and my unit was cool at all times. She was SUPER sweet and informative and that just made me feel great that she was watching out for me and figured I’d be busy to call in and cancel. If I ever need storage again, I’ll be using this location specifically.

This place is clean, and the a/c is nice and cold for this Tx heat. I also feel really safe around the facility, and I like how they have a wheel cart for me to take up and down with my items. I would definetly recommend this place for anyone
