I highly recommend Extra Space Storage located at 7879 Katy Freeway (I-10) in Spring Branch/Memorial area in Houston. From the day I first signed up for storage to the date I no longer needed storage, I had a positive experience. When I first signed up, I showed Chris some pictures of the furniture and boxes I needed to store. He assessed my storage needs and showed me several clean and easy-to-access units. I thought the security involving both the keypad entry and the elevator access was excellent. The sign-up process was streamlined. I appreciated the monthly text notices that my rent was paid on time. Security and cleanliness were my top priorities. I thought the monthly rent was reasonable. And when I recently emptied my unit and checked out, the young lady at the desk was just as professional and friendly as Chris was. If I need to store items in the future, I will definately use the 7879 Katy Freeway location again! when I first rented.
